Question1: If the products need to be customized, how to decide its quantity and whether it needs extra cost?
Answer: The quantity of customizing products has two ways to be determined. The first one is depending on the minimum purchasing volume of raw material. Usually, it is 100kg if its external diameter is below 50mm; 300kg if it is between 50 and 100mm; 1000kg if it is over 100mm. The second way is according to the economic processing quantity which is normally 500 to 2000 pieces. The size is opposite to the quantity. Customizing products usually need some extra mould cost and no other cost.
Question2: How long is the normal production period for a 20-foot shipping container?
Answer: According to the current productive capacity, a 20-foot shipping container usually needs 30 days from placing orders to delivery, which includes 10-day raw material purchasing period and 20-day producing in plant.
Question3: What are the types of payment? Is prepayment allowed?
Answer: The payment of T/T and L/C is allowed. No matter in which way, prepayment of 30% of the payment for goods is a must. For new clients, the total payment for goods needs to be cleared before the original bills of lading are posted with the precondition of prepayment. For old clients, L/C is allowed when the orders are under stable and continuous condition.
